As a manufacturer, we want to ensure our go-to-market partners are supported with the information and support to drive their sales of our cutting tools products. 

We are always striving to improve our digital support to you and to your customers. If you need more information beyond what is listed below, please contact your local office and we will support. 

Electronic Ordering

For our channel partners and direct accounts, we offer online ordering through our Web Shop. Access is only available for authorized accounts and a login is required. To request a login, please fill in our online form or speak to a member of our Customer Service team. 

If online ordering is not optimal for your processes, we offer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Inventory Feed Services 

To ensure B2B partners have up-to-date inventory at their fingertips, we offer a variety of inventory checking options. Below are some options which will vary according to our and your local requirements. 

- Through eShop (login required) or through EDI 

- Manual stock feed updated hourly

- File pushes/pulls (in csv or x12 846 formats) to ftp site 

Brand Guidelines and Logos

Our company and brand logos are the single strongest visual element used to promote who we are as a manufacturer and our go-to-market cutting tool brands. It is important that our channels understand our different brands and correctly uses them. The consistent and correct usage of our brands reinforces their equity and identity. 

There are two main groups of logos in Dormer Pramet – company and products. All logos are available to everyone to use upon request. The preferred use for all logos is on a white background. They should not be reduced to smaller than 1inch in length. Use constrained proportions to resize. There should be a 1x protection zone around all logos. Contact Dormer Pramet for permission before altering. 

Digital Banners for Website and Newsletter Usage 

We want to ensure you have what you need, when you need it. This includes providing you with standard digital marketing materials for use on your website, in newsletters or through social media. Please contact us if you need a size or creative content that is not included with this selection of digital content.

Product Attributes and Digital Product Content 

Our Product Information Management (PIM) system has enhanced attributes of more than 40k standard products which include both our round tool and indexable assortment. This content can be downloaded from this page. We support a variety of formats including excel, CSV and BMEcat. If you have standard templates, please send us a request and we can populate your template and/or provide additional digital guidance on product hierarchies. 

Our product content is according to ISO 13399 Terminology and includes Operational data (CoO, Weight, PNs), Technical attributes (dimensions, coating), and Commercial content (description, picture urls, brand urls, video urls, 2D/3D file urls).
