SXN08 - True shoulder milling

A new assortment of XNEX 08 negative trigon shape inserts, with six cutting edges, provides an economical solution for a wide range of applications. The Pramet XNEX 08 insert has been designed for true 90° square shoulder milling, with a maximum depth of cut up to 7,5 mm, offering stable clamping and a wiper edges for optimized surface quality. Range is supported by nickelized, pre-hardened cutter bodies available with weldon shank, or shell mill types with two variants of tooth density.

SSN12 - Economical 88° face milling

A new assortment of SNMU 12 negative square inserts, with eight cutting edges, provides an economical solution for face and near 90° milling. The Pramet SNMU insert has been designed for 88° setting angle, with an increased maximum depth of cut up to 9 mm, offering improved productivity, stable clamping, easy insert handling and indexing. The range is supported by hardened cutter bodies, available in shell mill types with two variants of tooth density.
