We are now offering increased options with our Pramet indexable threading and turning assortments. 

We have added new larger TN27 coarse pitch inserts to extend the range of threading sizes we offer. In addition, a range of tools for the TN27 inserts have been introduced with larger shank sizes and improved rigidity, starting from 25 x 25 mm up to 40 x 50 mm.  

The TN27 comes in three different profiles. The new metric pitch includes 5.5 mm and 6 mm, while a unified option is available with 4 TPI. The Trapezoidal course pitch offers several new sizes, ranging from 6 – 10 mm.  

The entire TN line, which includes TN11, TN16 and TN22, is designed with universal threading geometry making it suitable for steel, stainless steel and cast iron.  

Meanwhile, we are also extending our assortment on the smaller end of the scale as well. A range of S-Type metric external turning tools for sliding head machines, offers fine precision for small parts machining. 

The assortment comes in a variety of cutting angles for external shoulder, copy, face, taper and chamfer turning. These allow for cutting numerous types of precise profiles. 

All Pramet S-Type inserts are suitable for right and left hand turning for various materials, making the series an extremely versatile option for numerous applications.
