The Ankleshwar production unit is part of Dormer Pramet’s global manufacturing network. Since 2020, investment has focused on strengthening capability, improving working environments and aligning processes with international best practice.
Investment in production layouts, safety systems, and waste-handling processes has enhanced efficiency and consistency. Improvements to lighting, air circulation and employee facilities reflect a broader commitment to quality across every part of the operation.
Employment at the facility has grown to more than 750 people, reinforcing Dormer Pramet’s long-term confidence in Indian manufacturing, the local community and its role within the global manufacturing community.
Strengthening round tools capability
The integration of Miranda strengthened Dormer Pramet’s global position in HSS solid round tools. It expanded manufacturing capacity into Asia and reinforced the company’s ability to serve small and medium-sized workshops across India and the wider region.
